The obligation as an employer has risen since April 2013 with introduction of Real time information (RTI) system. Which means that the
employer need to share the information with HMRC when payments are made to employees. Any delays in submitting this information is followed by fine of
100 pounds.

We are fully aware with the new changes made and we use HMRC approved RTI compliant software to run payroll on behalf of our clients.
